There has been a huge increase in spam since the all new mail. I have started to use a free programme Mail Washer rated 5 out of 5 by consumeractive magazine. It%26#039;s not perfect but it certainly helps. Download from http://www.computeractive.co.uk/vnunet/d...
How do I stop credit card offers coming in the mail? Any way to reduce junk mail?
Sell everything you have... move to another country... a less devloped country :P
Honestly, I don%26#039;t think there is a way, they don%26#039;t even need to target you. They label their junk mail %26quot;resident of so and so%26quot; and mail one to everybody in a block, so I don%26#039;t think you can even %26quot;unsubscribe%26quot; to these junks.

Where do you live? In the UK, we have the mailing preference service to stop junk mail coming through the door. There%26#039;s also the telephone preference service. You can sign up online. I don%26#039;t know where you are, but maybe there are equivalents there.
Good Luck :)|||Depending in what country you live in. The USA. now and Canada soon will start a do not call, junk mail list to stop unwanted mail. For the credit card offers-cut up the mail and mail the paper work back to the company in their pre-paid envelope. It costs them money to get their junk back. They will stop.|||For credit card offers:use their envelope, their postage and their application form. Take a magic marker and print on their application form: PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME ANY MORE OF THESE OFFERS. Use large letters and don%26#039;t bother with filling in any blanks. If you get two offers from the same company--like Am express--just switch the two applications in the two envelopes, blue to green and green to blue. They stop after getting that really heavy-handed hint.
It%26#039;s no wonder that there%26#039;s so much identity theft, when they send out so many offers. And then, of course, they hound the victims.|||these are some methods, techniques and websites to minimize the amount of spam messages you receive:
how to minimize the spam emails you receive:
-block the sender/s email address/es
-send the emails to your spam/bulk folder
-ignore them- do not reply
-DO NOT OPEN the e-mails if you know they are spam by the title
if you open them then the sender knows you have an active
email address and will continue to send them to you through various other email addresses, and they will sell your address on so other spammers will send you spam emails
