I%26#039;m an international graduate student in US and I wish to apply for a credit card. I have been here for an yr now and have been working part time for 6 months now.

I would guess most credit card companies will offer a similar credit limit based on the factors listed above. You could always apply for an offer to see which terms you receive. If you don%26#039;t like the terms-- you can always turn-down the offer.
