I have one credit card and I always pay it on time. The moment I get the bill. I don%26#039;t know my Fico score and there is no bad mark on my credit history (though limited).
Though I am glad but why do you think I don%26#039;t get any pre-approved credit card offere whereas my family members get 2 per day?

It could one of many reasons, based on having one card your credit is probably mediocore, but that is unlikely to prevent you from getting offers, it is more likely that the credit bureas have a wrong or old adress for you or they have some other wrong pieve of data which is causing you to not qualify. Also depending on who that one card is with, if they don%26#039;t report to the credit bureas then you might now have any credit.
you can get a free credit report yearly at https://www.annualcreditreport.com. You should verify your report yearly to make sure everything is in order and no one is using your social security number (ie identity theft).
Another reason might be that you are on the no junk mail list for your state

They want to prove your creditworthiness before they can give you a credit limit|||such is the rule in the game called %26quot;are you feeling lucky today?%26quot; those pre-approved cards are not really blessings but temptations. by building your relationship with your present card provider, you get the perks, though, not immediate but over time. patience is the key. besides, having a lot of cards may give you short term benefits like a free annual due for the first year but not for the subsequent year or an annual due that is quite steep for the pre-approved status. efficient cash/financial management is what is key here, not the quantity of cards that you hold or get.|||You are just not (thankfully) on a junk mail list.|||they only send offers to peeplles with no or bad credit, iget them all the time, and u cant afford it either.|||Review your credit report and make sure there%26#039;s nothing there working against you. Go to http://www.annualcreditreport.com to get free copies of your credit report. As for those pre-approved cards, you%26#039;re not really pre-approved, I%26#039;ve responded to those and gotten a rejection letter! After they solicited me!|||There could be a couple of things happening. The reason people get those offers in the mail is that these companies do a soft credit hit on the credit file. A soft hit is when a company will only view your name and address. If you aren%26#039;t receiving offers - perhaps your current address is not on file. OR you may have what is called a promotional block on the file. This is a block that prevents companies from viewing your info for purposes of soliciting to you. You can always get a copy of your credit file and check to see which of these is the reason.
